MRC of CPC(M-L) Meets to Sum Up Its Work

The Manitoba Regional Committee (MRC) of the Communist Party of Canada (Marxist-Leninist) met recently to sum up its work over the past year and to set its program of work for the upcoming period. The report to the MRC analyzed the successes of the past year and how those successes create possibilities for further advances. Particular attention was paid to the state of the communist movement in Canada and the work of the MRC to strengthen and build that movement, as well as the experience gained in implementing the Party's Historic Initiative.

The report concluded with the necessity to further professionalize all aspect of the work of the MRC, as well as to raise all of the work to a higher level, in preparation for the next Regional Conference of the MRC, which will be held later in the year. The report was adopted as the basis for further discussion.
